  • 401(k) Plan: eligible employees become fully vested in RMS matched funds after three years of service ( norm it is 5 years ) ; you first become eligible after only six months in of full time employment with us ( or upon achievement of 1000 billable hours in 1yr.)
  • Vacation: we love this; here is the schedule about vacations!

    1 year of service    2 weeks    +          1 week
    2 years of service    2 weeks    +         2 weeks
    3 years of service    3 weeks    +         2 weeks
    5 years of service    4 weeks    +         3 weeks

    * remember : you don’t have to take the unpaid days

  • Holidays : you get all six National holidays , plus , three floating holidays per year ; we don’t care how you use them or why you need the floating days ; everyone needs them; use them whenever you want after you have earned them

  • Sick leave : you accrue one sick day every other month ; you get six sick days per year for bona fide illness , injury or disability ( we are not doing anything special here ,but atleast trying to match the big boys at the fortune 500 companies! soon we will beat them ! )

  • Employee Referral Bonuses: RMS Consulting will offer a bonus of $500 -5000 for each full time employee that you refer to us and we hire . Immigration Help: we sponsor professionals whose skills are highly needed and unavailable in the US ; if you have the educational & professional background in areas where we need such individuals ,RMS Consulting , LLC will sponsor you for a ‘Green Card" , H1-B visa , US employment authorization under NAFTA, or TN-1 / L-1 visas from Canada . This is a highly selective process and must meet INS requirements.
